Responsibilities
  • Knowledge of the world of Fashion
  • Inbound calls, emails/chats assisting customers with orders and product inquiries.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Inform current and prospective customers of current promotions and new or upgraded apparel and accessories.
  • Follow up with customers when needed to assure satisfaction, respond to queries and solve or refer problems.
  • Responsible for meeting quality standards and objectives

Qualifications
  • Bilingual French – Required Language
  • Excellent Verbal/Written communication skills
  • Excellent phone skills and love interacting with clients
  • Able to multi-task and work in a high volume environment
  • Computer literate, (Win2k, MS Office, e-mail, chat)
  • Type at least 30 wpm
