What to Expect

At Global Response, you will be more than a Customer Service Representative. You are a Brand Specialist. You’ll learn the culture, values and personality of the brand you represent. You will be trained to be the voice of the brand (all training is paid time). You will be an expert on the products, policies and procedures for some of the world’s top brands. You will understand the customers.

We work in dedicated groups, organized around a brand. The group is supported with trainers, supervisors, managers, IT support and more. You’ll be part of energetic, well-organized team, all working with a mission: deliver branded customer experiences that “wow”!
